The 33 million USD project involves construction of a 140 m high tower comprising of a basement floor with 422 parking spaces, a ground floor, a mechanical floor and 33 additional floors. The 31st floor is allocated for duplexes and the 33rd floor consists of a health club with indoor swimming pool, squash court, a gymnasium and a sitting lounge with all facilities.

The building consists of 10 Air Handling Units, 60 FCU, 15 Ex.Fan/Smoke Fan, Chilled Water System and more. TAC – IA Series BMS work station controlled all individual equipments
